We stayed in room 31223. The beds were lopsided and not comfy at all, kind of disappointing given the hype. No coffee maker or cups in the room, so that was a bummer. The bathroom was nice but had issues. the TP was too far away and the barn door didn’t lock, which was awkward. Plus, the USB ports didn’t work except for the one on the lamp. Overall, the room had potential but execution was lacking.

Unexpected Gem with Stellar Staff
I booked a last-minute stay and couldn’t be happier! Early check-in fee was worth it. Front desk staff, especially Cesar, made us feel at home. My room was clean, and the bartenders were super friendly! Tip, Enjoy the monorail for easy access to the Strip!

The stay had its ups and downs. The room was clean and the layout of the hotel was good, but I was disappointed with the lack of basic amenities in the room, like a kettle and slippers. Additionally, the location felt too far from the main attractions, making it inconvenient for exploring. On the bright side, I appreciated the clean room and the friendly service I received. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I would consider other options next time.

The room was beautifully spacious with a great view, and the upgrade at the front desk was a nice touch. Communication with staff was prompt, which was convenient when needing extra towels. However, the location can be a nuisance with busy traffic during events, and getting a taxi can be problematic due to water maintenance being done near the entrance.

I had a fantastic stay with a stunning shower window and mirrored decor that made the room feel spacious and luxurious. The food at the on-site restaurants, although a bit pricey, was delightful. I loved the retro lounge vibe, but the room design was less glamorous than the images suggested. Would definitely stay here again!

OMG, the vibes were fab! Our room was super cute—no funky smells. Loved the 21+ pool and great food at the restaurants!
But honey, waiting for elevators was like waiting for a royal wedding! And don’t get me started on the strange bathroom layout. privacy? What’s that?

The vibe was chill and we really enjoyed Uno Más Street Tacos + Spirits with their awesome drink specials. The interactive slots kept us entertained, and we felt right in the action. Keep in mind the staff could be hit or miss. Overall, a great place for a group getaway!
We faced a weird issue with the bathroom door in our room. It was tough to push closed, which was frustrating during our stay.

I had a pleasant experience during my stay. The ease of accessing the monorail made it simple to explore the area. The staff was helpful, arranging for a mini fridge in my room without any hassle. I enjoyed the comfort of the large shower, which was a nice touch after a long day. My partner and I appreciate an immersive experience, like those offered in Italy, and this location delivered in its own way.
The elevators had significant wait times during my stay. There was some confusion when they broke down, although the staff acted quickly. The hotel felt a bit crowded at times, and navigating through the common areas took a while.

I absolutely loved my stay, especially the awesome pool vibes and friendly atmosphere at the CASBAR where I enjoyed cocktails with friends. The hotel also has a relaxing spa with great massages and a rooftop pool to unwind by. The only hiccup was the wifi being a bit slow, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. 😊
